Estate Planning & Administration
Our firm offers a full range of estate planning services, including drafting wills, trusts, health care directives, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents, advising on probate avoidance options, and working with clients on the distribution plan for their estate. We assist clients in fulfilling their wishes while minimizing tax and administration costs for their estate.
Our firm also provides a wide range of legal services for the administration of a decedent’s estate, including probate administration, trust administration, small estate administration, real estate transactions, transfer of business interests and distribution of estate assets.
Debtor–Creditor
Our firm has extensive experience assisting banks, businesses and individuals in a wide variety of collection situations. We regularly represent banks and other lenders with regard to defaulted loans, foreclosure, collateral recovery, and negotiating workout and re-structure solutions. We also help contractors and material suppliers collect money owed on projects. In addition, our firm represents many townhouse and condominium associations in collecting outstanding assessments.
